A Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of DPS Resources Berhad on 1 June 2004. He holds a Master of Business Administration and awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) in Business Emphasis Entrepreneurship from the USA. He started his business in 1982 in tiling, construction, timber merchant and wood industry. He has accumulated experience of more than 36 years. He also sits on the board of several private limited companies in Malaysia. Besides that, he had acquired the major share of Sand Nisko Capital Berhad (formerly known as Len Cheong Holding Berhad) on 19th of May 2007 and thereafter, was appointed to be the Group Chairman and Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director and was redesignated to Executive Chairman with effect from 13 May 2020. He is also the founder of DPS Charity Foundation. He is also actively involved in many NGO's and business-related charity associations.
